Our clients chose the Plant Design Studio to bring their dream home to life on a picturesque Hollywood lot. Based on our LivingHome 5 model, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence was customized to fit around an existing swimming pool and optimize breathtaking views by relocating the master suite upstairs. Adding a spacious deck off the master suite enhanced the enjoyment of these scenic vistas.

Sustainability was a priority, with energy-efficient heating and cooling systems and water-saving fixtures throughout the home. A beautifully landscaped garden, visible upon entering, features drought-resistant plants and benefits from a rainwater collection system.

To expedite construction and ensure efficiency, the home was manufactured in eight Plant Modules�, enabling a swift installation and timely occupancy.
