About Structofy

Structofy is a shopper's directory for factory-built homes: pre-fab houses, modular homes, tiny houses, ADUs, barn homes and barn kits. You can search by type, size, bedrooms and price, compare builders, and read plain-English guides. Structofy was started in 2022.

We are not a builder, dealer or lender. We don't take deposits or sell homes, and we don't rate or review builders. To buy, you work directly with the builder or its retailer.

Each listing describes one model a builder offers (its name, type, size, bedrooms, bathrooms and photos, where available), together with the builder's name and a link to its website. We seek out great manufacturers that inspire the prefab journey.

Builders are included because they offer homes shoppers can buy, not because they pay us. Rankings and comparisons on Structofy use listing data only, such as the number of models, listed price and price per square foot.

Prices are shown as listed by the builders, usually as a starting price for the home itself. Many builders don't publish prices: right now 333 of 1,645 models (20%) have one. Unpriced models say so instead of showing an estimate.

A listed price rarely includes land, foundation, delivery, crane or setup, utility hookups or permits. Always get a written quote for your site. See how much a prefab home costs and costs beyond the price.

Our guides, hubs, price report and rankings calculate their numbers from the directory every time the page loads, so they always match the current listings. Listings themselves are reviewed and added weekly. Builders change models and prices often, so check the builder's site for the latest details before you decide.
